Guess, in which material the three «very» are connected:
In fact, «very» him is far from three. Just imagine: this material is very easily mounted, it is easy to cut, very durable, it does not burn, besides, it is made almost from waste. And he is very popular in Europe.
Dream, not the material!
Yes, yes, yes it’s all about him!
About Arbolit, or rather Düsisol, or rather Veloxa, or rather Chenterobord, or rather … There are many of this material, the essence of one is canned and pounded by cement milk sawdust, which pressed into wall blocks. The only drawback of this material is the conviction of ordinary Russians in the fact that the arbolit is the material for the shed and can only be used for smoking or pigsties.
Why it happened and what the material was done in Russia today and talk.
This wonderful material was invented in the Netherlands in the late 1930s. It is clear in Holland with its wood there was a big tensioner. Most of the forests, they raided back in the Middle Ages, so approximately half of the hemp and knitting twigs got descendants from dense forests.
And the population after the first world grew at such a pace that even stones on all Dutch with Dutch and Dutchyat were missing. In short, the growth rate of local residents has been rapidly.
At the same time, they still managed to trammed the remnants of the wood at home. Therefore, the local engineers decided to invent something like and, by the way, they turned out!
They combined the last remains of wood with cement and a number of simple, but very efficient and completely safe preservatives (aluminum sulfate and calcium chloride). The material was called Durisol and turned out to be so cool that it was instantly licensed throughout Europe, USA, Canada.
The only country that went to his way was … Guess … well, it is already clear — the USSR. Our seemed to be too fat to pay the Dutch for the idea of turning waste into building material, and at the state level was the installation of the houses to grow.
However, in the 1960s, Soviet engineers changed the composition of additives and rolled out a new miracle material of arbolit. In essence, these are the same panels Durisol, but made in the form of blocks. The Dutch tried to cry back about the license, but they quickly explained «who is a daddy here», and the form of the material is different.
And since we have also stamped altitude housing, then experimental pigbies and small houses in the private sector remained the lot of Arbolit. In the 90s about this material, many simply forgotten. It began to remember most recently because of its thermal conductivity and budget.
Last quality is especially important in today’s conditions.
In general, Arbolit has three essential drawbacks:
After the construction of walls from arbolit, they need to be closed on the effects of the external environment, as it is able to be bludging with a strong wind and can glow due to severe rains. A little pleasant in whistling walls and wet angles;
If the walls are assembled from monolithic arbolic blocks, the seams between the blocks are the bridges of the cold and they need to be insulated. And in general, according to the new building standards, a radiated wall from Arbolita no longer satisfies the requirements for energy saving. You need insulation from basalt at least 50 mm.
It is very easy to run into the grief manufacturers who regret preservatives or cement (or both). Therefore, arbite blocks with small bodies often suffer from the lack of geometry as a fact, the occurrence of black mold, and the units themselves can simply fall apart. Enjoy here even less.
So in the early 2000s and there «for the hill» and we began to think about how to remove those small disadvantages that have a completely good material.
From Arbolita began to make blocks of the unable formwork, when the house collects as a designer of Lego, then the vertical and horizontal rods of the reinforcement are inserted into the walls and everything is poured with concrete.
The houses built according to this principle are very durable, not blocked, seismically stable, they do not need to be insulated, since the insulation is already inside, no powerful foundation is required. The most valuable resource of modernity is very saved. It is enough to twist the outdoor wall and a wonderful house ready.
In our village, several houses have been collected from such blocks, and I was amazed by the speed of their assembly. 32 days from builders went to fill the foundation and a set of necessary strength. While the walls and roof were assembled only in 7 days. One host who has already overlooked in the new Arbium House, I asked:
-Well how do you material? How is the house?
Warm and budget. Not expected!
So it goes. And how do you feel about arbolit? Consider it for construction?
